摘 要：伴随着省级卫视、地方台少儿栏目逐渐的创办，少儿节目主持人的需求量不断加大，虽然现今传媒播音主持领域的专业学生生源量较大，但是受少儿节目主持人的特殊性影响，院校学生很难融专业性与少年儿童受众的独特心理为一体，导致了优秀主持人的缺少。另一方面，新媒体行业的迅速崛起，也对传统电视节目造成冲击，主持人在少儿节目中创新与教育问题把握不当，各级主持人均出现了为博眼球拉收视而哗众取宠的现象，越来越多的造成了主持人非专业、肤浅化，不仅背离了节目创作的基本要求，还对少年儿童产生了不良的影响。通过分析央视少儿节目主持人现状及形象特点，了解到当代中国少儿节目主持人存在的一些问题，提出相应的优化形象的发展策略，以期对我国少儿节目的未来发展提供相应的帮助。 83262

Image Analysis of CCTV Children's Program Host
Abstract: With the foundation of the children’s programs of the provincial and local TV stations the demand of the hosts of children’s programs is increasing。 Though the number of professional students in the broadcasting field is huge, children’s program has its own particularity。 It’s hard for students to integrate the professionalism with the psychological characteristics of children, which causes the lack of good hosts。 On the other hand, the rapid rise of the new media industry also has a big impact on the traditional TV programs。 Hosts can’t keep a balance between the innovation and education problems in children’s programs ,and different levels of hosts try to please the public with claptrap for the high ratings。 More and more phenomena like this cause the non-professionalism and superficial of hosts。 It not only programs, but also has a bad effect on children。 By analyzing the current situation and characteristic feature of hosts of the CCTV children’s programs, we know that there are some problems in the hosts of Chinese children’s programs。 And we should put forward the corresponding development strategy to improve the images of hosts, and offer help to the fortune development of Chinese children’s programs。
