我国电视求职类节目的发展研究《职来职往》为例

对电视求职类节目作出整体概述,其次通过案例研究法对已经相对成熟的求职节目《职来职往》进行详细的分析,从它的节目定位、元素、特征等方面深入分析

摘要:电视求职类节目不同于纯娱乐性节目,在一定程度上具有教育服务功能。它一方面作为一个平台,一个桥梁连接了企业、电视以及求职者,为企业实现了人才的有效选拔,也为大量求职者提供了职位机会。另一方面作为公共节目,节目中大量职场信息给求职者以及待求职者起到教育和引导的作用。本文首先对电视求职类节目作出整体概述,其次通过案例研究法对已经相对成熟的求职节目《职来职往》进行详细的分析,从它的节目定位、元素、特征等方面深入分析。再次,主要分析目前求职类电视节目所暴露出的问题,包括“重娱乐、轻内涵”、缺乏真实性、作假等。最后则通过对上述《职来职往》成功要素以及目前求职类节目的问题整合分析,扬长避短,结合社会文化发展趋势提出电视求职类节目的未来发展方向。82976
