摘要：2010年，被称为我国的“政府微博元年”。借力新媒体的发展之势，以官方机构和人员为代表的主体相继开通政务微博，以更加高效的媒介表达方式实现与民众“零距离沟通”。而这一主体的特殊性，使得政务微博在传播过程中既表现出与普通微博的相似性，又有其明确的目标性。政务微博的兴起，一定程度上就政府公信力的提升起到促进作用。此外，政府公信力的提升，还需要考虑政府行为、公众认可度、社会环境等多方面因素。不予置否，政务微博已是政府治理的必备“工具”。而且，政府在治理过程中也不可避免地使用这一媒介，以便帮助广大机构和官员传送讯息、通达民意，同时为广大民众提供平等沟通交流的民主平台，从而实现上下沟通的通畅，促进民主化的推进与完善。本文将从促进民主化进程、提高政府服务质量与效率、提高政府对大型事件处理能力三个方面来分析政务微博对于政府公信力的提升作用。80498
