摘要近年来关注财经报道的受众越来越多，把触角伸向财经领域的媒体也越来越多，中国媒体市场中创办、改制和转向的财经媒体，已经正在成为分媒体市场之最。财经媒体及报道在我国起步晚，受众比重低，品种少，创新能力不足，制度政策不合理。随着财经媒体与财经报道在新闻行业中的温度不断升高，财经媒体及其从业者失范的案例也呈现上升趋势，这些案例不可避免地引起了广大公众对财经媒体可信度的关注、舆论和质疑，也为资本市场带来了不良的影响，甚至造成投资者和被投资者的损失。财经媒体更好发挥作为信息传递桥梁、资本市场监督者的职能，是建立财经媒体与资本市场的良好互动关系的必要条件，资本市场才能更健康有序地发展。45744

Abstract
In recent years, more and more attention of the audience the financial report, the tentacles extending toward the field of Finance and economics media are more and more, China media market started, restructuring and steering of the financial media, are already become the most media market. The financial media and reports in China started late, the audience proportion is low, less variety, innovation ability is insufficient, the system policy is not reasonable. With the development of financial media and financial reports in the news industry in the temperature rising, the financial media and its practitioners anomie case also showed a rising trend,these cases inevitably caused the majority of the public credibility of financial media attention, public opinion and doubt, it also brings bad influence to the capital market,and even cause investors and investors loss. The financial media play better as information transmission bridge, capital market supervisors functions, is a necessary condition for a good interactive relationship between the establishment of the financial media and the capital market, the capital market to a more healthy and orderly development.
