摘要：网络环境下，舆论去中心化趋势明显，网民话语权被逐渐放大。尤其在面对重大突发性事件时，网民可利用所拥有的一切社交工具来发表自身的意见和看法。而在由众多“声音”堆砌而成的舆论浪潮中，其形成的次生舆论灾害亦受到颇多关注。鉴于在天津爆炸事故中，参与谈论的网民数量多、舆论影响广，且事件热度不减。本文选取天津爆炸事故为主要研究事例，采用文献研究法、案例分析法，通过实证案例对网络环境中如何有效抑制次生舆论灾害进行调查分析，为今后针对重大突发性事件，降低次生舆论灾害的危及程度提供理论依据和现实参考。43684

Research on the Generation and Control of the Next Generation of Public Opinion Disaster in the Web Environment -- A Case Study of TianJin Explosion

    Abstract：Web environment, the trend of public opinion to the center of the obvious, the voice of the Internet users are gradually enlarged. Especially in the face of major emergencies, users can use all social tools have to express their own opinions and views, in stacked with many "sound" and the tide of public opinion and the formation of secondary public disasters has also been a lot of attention. In view of the explosion in Tianjin, the number of Internet users involved in the discussion, a wide range of public opinion, and the event is not less than the heat. This paper selects Tianjin explosion as the main case study, using the method of literature research, case analysis, through the empirical case of web environment how to effectively prevent the secondary disasters of public opinion investigation and analysis, for the future for major emergencies, reduce secondary public hazards endangering degree provides theoretical basis and practical reference.
