摘要：随着新媒体时代的发展，网络意见领袖在司法领域的声音逐渐加强，网络意见领袖对司法产生的影响也越来越受关注。本文综合运用归纳总结法和案例分析法，以网络意见领袖为研究对象，探析在我国特有的司法现状与新媒体背景下，网络意见领袖促进司法公开、保障司法公平、推动司法改革的积极影响，和干预司法独立、损害司法公正、动摇司法权威的消极影响。研究从网民、网络意见领袖、司法机关三个角度入手，提出增强网民对网络言论自由的正确把握、提高网络意见领袖对审判思文的理性认识、推进司法机关在网络平台的信息化建设三项策略，希望可以解除网络网络意见领袖对司法的负面效应，实现网络意见领袖与司法的良性互动。24954

The impact of new media era network of opinion leaders to justice
Abstract：With the development of the new media era, the network opinion leaders’ voice in the field of judicial gradually strengthen and their effect to justice has paid more and more attention. This paper uses the method of summarizes and the case analysis method and the research object is the opinion leaders in the network. Under the background of our country’s judicial status and new media, this paper aims to analysis the network opinion leaders’ positive influence on promoting judicial openness, safeguarding judicial justice and promoting judicial reform and the negative effect to intervention judicial independence, judicial justice and shake the judicial authority. Research from the users, the network of opinion leaders, the judiciary three angles put forward three strategies: enhance network users proper understand the freedom of expression, improve opinion leaders rationally understand the trial method, and promote the construction of judicial information network platform. Above these I hope to relieve the negative effects of the network opinion leaders on the judicial law and achieve the positive interaction between network of opinion leaders and the judiciary.

新媒体时代网络意见领袖对司法的影响
新媒体时代有力地改变了传统媒体的传播方式，极大地丰富了传媒形态，网络意见领袖也随之异军突起，给司法领域带来了全新的机遇和挑战。一方面，由于新媒体的传播速度快、互动性强，网络意见领袖及其追随者参与社会监督的积极性增强，司法过程变得更加透明，使中国的民主法治进程面临机遇。另一方面，网络意见领袖素质涵养良莠不齐，其中不乏存在着过激、过度以及不法分子操纵案件舆论的行为，易形成巨大的舆论压力，给司法审判带来不利影响。进入新媒体时代，大量案件未经宣判或者正在审判过程中就己经在网上炒的沸沸扬扬，给司法造成重大影响。 新媒体时代网络意见领袖对司法的影响:http://www.youerw.com/xinwen/lunwen_18584.html
