摘要随着科技的飞速发展,电子设备的应用越来越广泛,当电子设备中的电路板一旦发生故障,将会使得电子设备的使用造成严重影响。传统的电路板故障检测诊断技术效率低、花费高,而且需要经验丰富的工作人员才能完成。为了改善这一现状,人们设计了ATE平台,但是ATE平台并不能完全满足电路板故障检测诊断的全部需求,本文针对某雷达的故障检测介绍了一款基于ATE平台的测试适配器的设计,以完善ATE平台的功能。这款测试适配器以AT91SAM9G20 ARM芯片和Stratix ® III系列FPGA为主处理器,辅以FLASH、SSRAM、DRAM、DAC、ADC电路完成整个适配器的工作。完成了硬件原理图和PCB的设计,加工装配后进行了系统测试,测试结果表明本测试适配器达到设计要求。21444

Title  Hardware design of test adapter based on ATE platform                                           
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more extensive application of electronic equipment, when once the circuit board of the electronic equipment failure, it will make the use of electronic equipment caused serious influence. Low traditional circuit board fault detection and diagnosis of technical efficiency , high cost , and require experienced staff to complete. In order to improve this situation, people design the ATE platform, but the ATE platform does not fully meet all the needs of detecting circuit board fault diagnosis.So this paper describes a test adapter,which based on ATE platform to improve the function of ATE platform and this test adapter is designed for a radar fault detection. This test adapter with AT91SAM9G20 ARM chip and the Stratix ® III series FPGA as the main processor ,and  with FLASH, SSRAM, DRAM, DAC, ADC circuit to complete the adapter work.After designing the hardware schematic diagram and PCB, processing and assembling,we conduct the system testing. Finally the test results show that the test adapter to meet the design requirements.
