摘要经过几千年来的发展,世界农业已经先后经历了原始农业、传统农业、机械化农业几个阶段,正在向着知识农业发展,而精准农业则是知识农业的主要表现方式。目前美国、加拿大等发达国家在精准农业的发展上已将逐渐趋于成熟,而我国在这方面则是出于起步阶段。特别是在测产系统方面我国的研究更是寥寥无几,而国外引进的话不仅价格昂贵,而且不完全适合我国的农业模式。因此研发一个我们自主产权的谷物测产系统是非常有必要的。77288

本文的主要研究内容如下:

1)根据所要实现的功能搭建谷物测产成图系统的总体结构图,明确其测产原理。

2)构建谷物测产数据模型。深入分析系统的总体结构图,明确系统的所要检测的物理量和数据流向,明白各个物理量和测产数据之间的关系,从而构建出测产数据模型。

3)传感器的选型。根据系统要采集信号的类型和特点,选择最适合系统的传感器,明确传感器的检测原理。

4)谷物测产成图系统的开发。本系统选择在labview开发环境下对程序进行编写。主要分为传感器数据的采集、GPS定位信息传输、产量的计算和储存、产量图绘制4个部分,其中产量计算和产量图绘制是整个系统的核心。

5)系统综合调试。将整个系统的各部分组合起来,形成一个完整的谷物测产成图系统,对收割机进行实时作业模拟,通过调试系统使其能够实现测产成图的核心功能。

Abstract After development of thousands of years, world agriculture has already experienced the primitive agriculture, traditional agriculture, agriculture of mechanization in several stages, moving towards knowledge Agricultural, and The precision agriculture is the main expression of Knowledge Agriculture。 Currently the United States, Canada and other developed countries in the development of precision agriculture has been gradually mature, and China in this regard is out of infancy。 Especially in our test production systems research that is very few, and the recommend of foreign is not only expensive, but also not entirely suitable for our agricultural model。 So it is very necessary to develop a proprietary grain yield measurement system。

The main contents are as follows:

1)According to the functions achieved to set up overall structure chart of the Grain yield monitor Mapping System, and clear its principle of test production 。

2)Design the intelligent monitoring hardware system。 Deep analysising of the overall structure of the system, clearing the physical be detected by system and data flows, and understand the relationship between the various physical and measurements yield data, to construct the yield monitor data model。

3)Selection of the sensor。 According to the type and characteristics of the signal acquisition。 Select the most suitable sensors to system, and clear the detection principle of sensors。

4)Design and develop the yield mapping system。 The system chosen in the development environment of labview to write program。 It is pided into 4 parts, including collection of sensor data, transmission of GPS location information, storage and computing of yield, yield mapping, and the yield calculation and yield mapping is the core of the whole system。

5)Debug the system synthetically。 Combine single part of the system to a whole system and carry on the simulation experiment until the system gets an ideal performance。
