广场舞对中老年人睡眠质量的影响

摘 要研究目的:睡眠质量直接关系到人们的生活质量,是中老年人健康的重要组成部分之一,本研究探讨广场舞和其他有氧健身运动对中老年人睡眠质量的影响,以及在中老年人群众开展的持久性,为健康老龄化提供有效可行的理论指导。81586

研究方法:对王营校区附近部分居民发放50份匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和相关广场舞锻炼信息问卷,为了观察广场舞锻炼对中老年睡眠是否有良好的效果。

研究结果:①参加广场舞运动时间3个以下月的,每次运动强度较低的,每次活动时间较短的,而每周次数相对较少的中老年人其睡眠质量较差。②80%的中老年人在进行广场舞运动后感觉睡眠质量明显改善。③50%的中老年人在进行了3个月及以上的广场舞锻炼后明显感觉睡眠质量得到改善。

研究结论:有规律广场舞锻炼能够改善中老年人的睡眠质量,长期坚持广场舞的锻炼保持健康的体质是防治中老年人的睡眠障碍的重要方法。

Abstract Objective: Sleep quality is directly related to the quality of life of people, which is an important component of a healthy part of the middle and old aged。 In this study, we will explore the effect of regular Square Dance Exercise and other aerobic exercise on sleep quality in the middle and old aged people, and explore the persistence of other aerobic exercise in middle and old aged people, such as square dance, in order to provide the effective and feasible theory guidance for the healthy aging。

Methods: We use questionnaire and a comprehensive analysis of some residents nearby  Normal University issued 50 questionnaires of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) and square dance workout information related questionnaire to find out whether the square dance is good for sleep quality in the middle and old aged or not。

Results:①The results showed that the middle and ole aged people with poor sleep quality ,whose intensity of square dance exercise is relatively low; their participating length of time is relatively short; their times of square dance exercise a week is generally less; their participating length of square dance exercise sustained fewer than 3 months。 ②There are 80% feeling that after square dance exercising their sleep quality is improved significantly。③There are 50% of the middle and old aged people obviously feeling that their sleep quality is improved。

Conclusion: Regular square dance exercise performed can improve sleep quality in the middle and old aged。 Insisting on square dance to keep healthy is a good way to prevent the sleep disorders of the elderly。
