摘要本文运用纵向分析，财务报表指标分析等方法，以目前我国比较有威望的商业巨 头为样本，根据其财务报表项目列式数额了解其股利分配状况，所采取的股利政策的 形式和类型，分析其股利政策制定的动因(与公司经营情况之间联系），同时，微观 与宏观相结合，浏览证监会官网有关股利政策的硬性规定文件，从而描述我国上市公 司股利分配现状，揭示其不足，归纳出普遍性的股利政策影响因素，提出相关建议。 本文旨在使大家认识到股利政策对于投资者及上市公司的意义，了解我国上市公司采 取的股利政策及其特点。83195

Abstract The paper uses the method of longitudinal analysis, financial statement analysis and other methods, to the samples of our prestigious business tycoon, according to its financial statement  about its pidend  policy  ， looking  into  the  form and  type  of  the   pidend

policy,Lansing the motivation of pidend policy (relating to the operating conditions of the companies) 。Meanwhile, the writers visits the SEC website to acquire the information of the relevant policy of distribution of pidends 。 As a result ， the paper describes the current situation of pidend distribution ， reveals the shortcomings, summarizes the factors influencing the pidend policy ， as well as putting forward the recommendations 。This paper is aimed at  making  people aware of the significance of pidend policy in terms  of the interest of investors and listing companies, know about the current pidend policies of listed companies in our country，along with the features  of these policies。
