摘要会计政策，是指经济主体为自身会计核算选用的方法和程序。只有在对某种交易事项能够采取多种会计核算方法时，会计政策选择才有必要。在当前激烈的市场竞争面前，企业会计政策的选择不仅应当遵守国家财务法律法规和会计准则，还要考虑相关利润的确认方式和时间，实现企业效益的最大化。本文通过阐述长期股权投资的概念、类型、核算方法等内容，分析了采用不同方法核算长期股权投资对企业会计信息的影响，并结合目前上市公司对长期股权投资成本法和权益法选用的现状，分析了其选择原因，提出相应的解决方法。86113

Research on the accounting policy choice of long-term equity investment

Abstract Accounting policy refers to the method and procedure of the economic entity to choose its own accounting。Accounting policy choice is necessary only when a variety of accounting methods can be adopted for certain transactions。In the face of the fierce market competition, the choice of enterprise accounting policy should not only comply with the national financial laws and regulations，and accounting standards, but also consider the relevant profit recognition and time, to maximize the benefit of enterprises。Through the analysis of long-term equity investment concept, types, and accounting method, analyzes the effects of using different methods to calculate the long-term equity investment of enterprise accounting information, and combined with the current listing of selected the status of long-term equity investment cost method and equity method analysis of its causes, and puts forward the corresponding solution。
