中小型企业财务风险控制研究

摘要中小型企业创造了巨大的社会的财富，随着全球化经济发展，中小企业存在的财务风险问题更加严峻，因此建立财务风险控制模型，对中小型企业的财务状况进行跟踪评价尤为重要。本文对企业的财务风险进行了概述，分析了现阶段企业财务管理中存在的问题。在建立财务风险控制模型进行比较分析时，主要采用因子分析法，从短期偿债能力，长期偿债能力，营运能力，盈利能力，现金流量能力和发展能力这六个方面提取了16个财务指标，借助于spss软件进行数据处理，提取了2015年度21家企业财务数据进行实证分析。根据实证分析结果，对中小型企业的财务风险防范及控制提出了一定的参考建议。86836

Small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk control research

Abstract Small and medium businesses created a huge social wealth。With the development of global economy,small and medium businesses in the problem of financial risk is more serious。Therefore to establish a financial risk control model for small and medium businesses financial position tracking evaluation is very important。This article has carried on the outline of the financial risk of the enterprise, analyzes the problems existing in the present enterprise financial management。 In the financial risk control model is established for comparative analysis, mainly uses the factor analysis method。From six ways to extract the 16 financial indexes,in short-term solvency, long-term solvency, operating capacity, profit ability and cash flow ability and development ability。 With the aid of SPSS software for data processing to extract 21 enterprises financial data in 2015 for empirical analysis。According to the results of the empirical analysis,some reference suggestions in financial risk prevention and control was put forwarded for small and medium-sized enterprise。
