[摘要]本篇文章的主要研究的是企业的固定资产，主要对于现状分析、概述并表达了个人思考。主要采用了文献研读法、对比分析法对目前国内企业固定资产管理进行现状分析与思考。发现在目前企业固定资产管理过程中,在企业资产管理的采购环节、日常管理、处置环节中都存在着些许问题，经过原因分析，针对性地提出了优化固定资产管理的具体方案和对策。为了确保企业的资产安全问题，首先应该强化对于固定资产的管理力度，其次，应当提高企业内部的管理水平，最后需要保证其固定资产的完整性、真实性、准确性，由于固定资产管理是企业进行整体管理工作中较为重要的环节,所以保证其完整性，有助于最终达到提高生产能力、与企业的技术发展水平。75154
