摘要本世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋资源的开发愈发激烈。海洋绞车是深海测量与 勘探的重要设备,在各种海洋调查研究过程中必不可少,尤其需要性能良好、可 靠性高功能强大的海洋绞车。大容绳量、大负载的海洋绞车尤其需要有排缆机构 来使缆绳整齐的排列在卷筒上,本课题研究涉及到的是海洋绞车的排缆装置设计。83826

传统的绞车采用单卷筒一体化的方式,但随着调查深度和范围的不断扩大, 缆绳的张力也变得很大,到最后缆绳不能在卷筒上均匀整齐的排列,所以传统的 绞车不能够满足深海调查工作的需要。因此采用牵引机构、排缆装置和储缆机构 分离的技术,来解决缆绳张力大和排缆之间的矛盾。排缆装置由单独的伺服电机 驱动,这种柔性排缆方式比起刚性排缆更容易减小误差。绞车的排缆机构是保证 绞车正常运转的关键部件,它的好坏直接影响缆绳的使用寿命和安全。它主要由 支架、螺纹丝杠、导向杆、电机、减速器、导向滑块、传感器、导缆轮和导缆轮 固定板等组成。它的原理是电机通过连接套与丝杠连接,电机带动丝杠转动,丝 杠再通过螺母带动滑块进行横向移动,滑块通过铰链与导缆固定板连接,使导缆 轮往复运动。为了使缆绳整齐密实的缠绕在卷筒之上,避免缆绳乱卷、互相挤压 等现象的出现,需要确保排缆装置与储缆筒协调运动,所以需要设置传感器来进 行监控。本次设计采用三维实体设计来完成产品的设计。主要阐述了伺服电机功 率计算、减速器传动比计算及型号选择及各零部件的设计计算。本设计用软件 SolidWorks 进行三维实体造型,来完成产品的零件、部件和整体的装配。排缆 装置的二维零件图、装配图由 AutoCAD 来完成。

Abstract This century is the century of ocean, the development of ocean resources become intense。Marine winch is one of the important equipment, deep-sea survey and exploration in the process of all kinds of Marine survey research is  essential, especially need to good performance, high reliability, powerful Marine winch。 Large capacity, large tonnage of Marine winch institutions in particular has a cable to cable arranged in rows on the drum, the sea is the this topic research involves the winch rope device design。

Traditional single drum winch integrated manner, but as the investigation continues to expand the depth and scope of the cable tension becomes great, even to the last cable can not neatly arranged on the reel, so the traditional winch not to meet the needs of deep-sea investigations。 Therefore, the use of traction mechanism, technical means and the row cable storage mechanism separate cable to the cable tension and solve the contradiction between the cable row。 Streamer discharge device by a separate servo motor, such a flexible way than rigid cable row row cable is easier to reduce the error。The exhaust cable winch mechanism is the guarantee of key parts for normal operation of the winch, the stand or fall of it directly affects the service life of the rope and safety。 It is mainly composed of stents, thread screw, guide rod, motor, reducer, guiding the slider, sensors, wheel and fixed plate, etc。 It is the principle of the motor through the flange connected to the screw, the motor drive screw  rotation, screw again through the nut drive the slider move laterally, slider through hinge connected to the guide rope fixed plate, the guide rope wheel reciprocating motion。 In order to make the rope neatly compacted wrapped around the drum, and prevent the cable volume and the emergence of the phenomenon such as extrusion, each other needs to make sure the ribbon cable device and barrel storage coordinated movement, so need to set the sensor to monitor。 This design adopts 3 d entity design to complete the design of the product。 Mainly elaborated the servo motor power calculation, the gear reducer ratio calculation and type selection and design calculation of parts of。 This design using software Solidworks three-dimensional entity model, to complete the  product parts, components and the  whole  assembly。  Row 2 d part drawing    and SolidWorks大容量光电复合缆储缆筒排缆装置设计+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/jixie/lunwen_99022.html
