摘要:磁记忆检测技术是一种无损检测技术,它的原理是铁磁性材料的力磁效应,通过测量试件表面漏磁场的变化,来反应试件内部应力状况,主要作用是事先检测出铁磁材料有无应力集中,以防止材料因为应力集中导致损伤,这样在了解材料内部应力有无集中的时候就可以避免材料失效引发的事故。本文中实验材料和仿真模型定义的材料为25Cemo4,在实验室内使用万能微机控制机对其进行拉伸实验,然后利用磁记忆检测仪采集磁记忆信号数据。使用ANSYS仿真分析试件在载荷下试件内部应力的集中现象。进行磁记忆检测后,分析不同应力对表面漏磁场的影响。仿真试验结果表明,试件由于应力的作用在试件表面的漏磁场发生了变化,磁信号达到了一个的数值。这个峰值代表加载后试样的应力集中的最大区域。当负载在塑性阶段,磁信号的峰值曲线的拐点,绝对值的峰值下降,这一现象表明,应力集中的程度接近试件允许的临界值,试件已经到达被破坏或失效的地步。 79575
