摘要随着我国机械制造业及国内电力行业的蓬勃发展,汽轮机的容量也在不断增加,发动机是汽轮机制造的核心,枞树型榫齿加工技术也是汽轮机制造的关键因素之一,为了适应现代化工业发展的要求,对汽轮机行业的设计和加工能力提出了更高的要求。52528

本文通过对燃气轮机透平端轮盘与叶片的结构特点进行分析,进而对枞树型榫齿拉刀进行设计研究,并对透平端轮盘枞树型叶根榫槽加工的拉刀进行了强度分析。

首先,需要选择适应的材料来对轮槽进行设计,以满足轮槽加工的要求,本文介绍了榫齿拉刀设计的工艺方法,拉刀的结构形式,拉削方式的选择及拉刀的分工,拉刀齿形公称尺寸和公差的确定等方面的问题。

本文介绍的榫齿拉刀的设计能提高轮盘榫齿的加工质量,并且对所涉及的榫齿拉刀进行有限元分析,可较精确地掌握刀具上各点的受力情况,了解刀具内部应力的分布规律,从而大大缩短了生产准备周期,节约设计人力资源消耗。
