基于沥青路面摊铺的种种不利方面。设计出的沥青路面卷包机可以较好的解决 这些问题。路面卷包机是将在工厂预制好的沥青路面卷起来，整体送到待铺设的地 段，进行现场作业。工厂需要的卷包机结构主要有滚筒、轴承、轴承座、轨道及滚 轮组合、抬升机构、夹紧板等部件组成。通过滚筒滚动，将沥青路面卷到滚筒壁上， 然后送到待铺设的地段。减少了在铺设时对沥青路面的生产这一环节，可以为铺路 时组织协调带来便利。设计的卷包机具有结构简单，原理清晰，制造容易等特点。
