摘要半挂车架是半挂车承载的主要部位,车架设计的是否合理关系着车架自身的承载性能以及运输过程中的整体性能.当前我国半挂车行业由于效率高,成本低,所以半挂车被绝大多数企业所看好,但是相比较其他类型车辆,半挂车的发展才起步,车架的设计还存在很大的缺陷,除了在选用材料方面,还有在设计的结构尺寸处存在着不足,很多情况下造成了资源的浪费,增加了投资的成本。本次课题设计目的就是为了让结构尺寸的更加合理,节省设计材料,提升车架在运输过程中的整体性能。73832

    具体方案是先进行总体方案的设计,主要包括了总体结构的设计,牵引车与半挂车连接尺寸的设计以及牵引装置、支撑装置的设计;之后对半挂车架的结构进行设计,半挂车架选取的材料为T700钢,对纵梁与横梁及它们的连接方式进行了设计,最后利用ProE进行实体建模,导入ANSYS进行分析,在分析前选取了SOLID 45的单元类型和材料属性的输入,之后经行网格划分,共划分54361个单元,节点20057个,静力分析是基于载荷下进行的分析,具体包括了应力分析以及位移分析,模态分析是在无载荷情况下进行的相关的频率分析。分析可以得出的结论是:应力值最大部位的数值约128MPa,最大位移为1.8mm,小于材料的许用应力及许用位移,通过模态分析推算出半挂车许用的车速最大值。本次的课题设计的车架的整体结构性能达到技术要求,确保了车辆在运行过程中的安全性以及高效性且对车辆载重研究具有一定的理论价值和实用意义。

Structure design and finite element analysis of semi trailer

    The specific scheme is to design the overall scheme, including the overall structure design, design of tractor and semi-trailer connection size and design of traction device, supporting device; design structure after semi trailer frame, semi trailer frame selection material for T700 steel, the longitudinal beam and the cross beam and their connections for the design, finally using ProE solid modeling into ANSYS analysis, in the analysis of selected SOLID 45 element type and material properties of the input, after the mesh was pided into 54361 units and 20057 nodes, the static analysis is carried out based on the analysis of load, including stress analysis and displacement analysis, modal analysis is related to the frequency at no load condition. Analysis, we can draw the conclusion: stress about 128MPa value of the location of the maximum value of, the maximum displacement of 1.8 mm, less than the allowed stress and allowable displacement.
