摘要:在室温 20℃下,使用万能试验机和分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装 置对 RDX-CMDB  推进剂进行了在准静态低应变率和动态高应变率下的压缩实

验。获得了1.1 × 10−4~4.5 × 103应变率范围内的真实应力-应变曲线。实验结果表明:应变率与复合改性双基推进剂的力学性能相关性十分明显。在低应变率下,

真实的应力-应变曲线表现为四个阶段,分别是初始弹性阶段、屈服阶段以及应 变强化阶段、急剧下降段,最后试样破坏。在高应变率下,真实应力-应变曲线 并没有表现出应变强化阶段,取而代之的是应变软化阶段。改性双基推进剂的初 始弹性模量、屈服应力和极限应力均随着应变率的增加而增加,且动态下的表现 比静态更为明显。弹性模量、屈服应力、极限应力与应变率的常用对数具有明显 的线性关系。最后根据准静态压缩实验和 SHPB 实验得到的应力-应变曲线,采 用最小二乘法拟合得到朱-王-唐本构模型,并对该模型的有效性进行了验证,发 现该本构模型在一定程度上可以描述复合改性双基推进剂在屈服点前线性区域 的力学行为。69455

Study on Mechanical Properties Composite Propellant Shock Abstract At  20℃,  the  use  of  split  Hopkinson  pressure  bar  (SHPB)  and  universal  testing machine to composite modified double base propellant compression experiments at low strain rate.  Gained true  stress-strain curves of strain rate  range which strain  rate

in1.1 ×10-4~4.5× 103.The  results  show  that  the   composite  modified  double  base propellant has obvious strain rate correlation. Under  low strain rate, true stress - strain curve showed initial elastic phase, the yield phase and strain hardening stage and a sharp decline in segments, and finally the destruction occurred.  At high strain rate, true stress - strain curve of the strain hardening phase disappears, showing strain softening stage. Initial modulus and yield stress modified double base propellant with the increase of strain rate increases, and dynamically more significant than static. Elastic modulus, yield stress, ultimate stress and strain rate common logarithm having significant linear relationship.Finally, according to stress test and quasi-static compression experiments SHPB - strain curve, using the method of least  squares fitting Zhu Wang Tang constitutive model that can be used to describe the composite modified double base propellant and yield point near the front of the yield mechanical behavior.
