摘要夹具在机械加工过程中有着重要的地位，对加工的质量，效率和成本有直接的影响。然而当今生产过程中的夹具设计还是主要依靠夹具工程师的个人经验，对于提高制造业的自动化与智能化是一个严重的瓶颈。本文针对此现状设计了一款计算机辅助夹具设计管理软件 ，拥有夹具设计和管理功能，帮助夹具设计人员缩短设计时间。主要做了如下具体研究工作：43920
建立夹具编码，判别夹具方案的相似性，选出最优的夹具方案。对一些通用件建立相关的数据库，进行参数化设计，从而大量减少设计周期。通过对用户上传的夹具方案进行审核，将合格的夹具设计方案入库后丰富数据库，使得检索结果更加完善。在以上研究的基础上，使用VB6.0和solidedge v20开发一套较完整的夹具设计管理系统，实现相关的功能。毕业论文关键词：计算机辅助夹具设计， 铣削专用夹具，夹具编码系统，零件编码系统。
Abstract
Fixture has an important position in the machining process，which has a direct impact on quality, efficiency and cost. However, the fixture design in today's production process is mainly on the experience of the fixture engineers, which Is a serious bottleneck for manufacturing automation and intelligent. Therefore, the advanced technology of computer-aided fixture design can significantly improve the efficiency of the fixture design work.The following research is done in this paper:
Through the key attributes of the weighted average on the coding of the fixture, the similarity of the fixture can be used to select the optimal fixture.
Based on The establishment of relevant databases, parametric design can significantly reduce the design cycle.
By reviewing the qualified fixture design which is uploaded by the user ,database can be more rich ,which can make search results more comprehensive.
On the basis of the above research, a complete fixture design management systems is designed by using the solidedge v20 and VB 6.0
