摘要弹丸挤进阶段是内弹道研究中很重要的一部分,这是一个及其复杂的过程,它涉及到几何、材料、边界条件等各种非线性问题,计算耗时非常巨大,弹丸惯性卡膛过程属于三维瞬态冲击接触问题,由于目前实验条件的限制,单纯的靠实验很难得到精确的结果。 68542

本文针对某型火炮弹丸在挤进过程中带有过盈摩擦、大应变率接触的问题,建立了弹丸挤进仿真的有限元模型,通过CAD软件建立三维模型,并利用大型仿真软件ABAQUS/CAE采用动态显式算法仿真研究了弹丸在挤进过程中的动力学参数,获得了不同材料下弹带的应力应变云图、弹丸的挤进速度、挤进阻力曲线,并分析得出了相应的变化规律,为弹带材料的选择提供合理的参考依据。

Title  Process Analysis projectile squeeze                    

Abstract

Projectile pushing stage is a very important part of interior ballistic study, it is a complex process, and it involves various nonlinear problems such as geometry, material, boundary condition, the calculation time is huge, the projectile inertia card bore process belongs to a three dimensional transient impact contact problem, due to the limitation of the current experimental conditions, simply by experiment is very difficult to obtain accurate results.

Based on a certain type of artillery projectile in the process of squeeze into the interference with the friction, big strain rate contact problem, the projectile pushing the simulation of the finite element model is established, by CAD software to establish three-dimensional model, and by using simulation software ABAQUS/CAE projectile were studied using the dynamic explicit algorithm simulation in the process of squeeze into kinetic parameters, obtained under different material to play with the stress and strain contours, squeeze into velocity of the projectile, crowded into the resistance curve, and analysis the change law of the corresponding to provide reasonable reference for the choice of cartridge belt material.
