摘要生产设计是船舶制造工程至关重要的一个环节，是连接详细设计和成品制造的纽带，是从图纸造船到真实造船的转换器。随着近几年世界经济走势的变化，世界造船行业的巨大变革，如何更加好的改善生产设计理念，运用生产设计手法，积极促进我国造船行业转型升级，迈入世界造船强国行列，是一个很大的课题。58706
本文从实际出发，总揽了现在船厂的生产流程与实际生产能力，并且以世界造船的生产设计的现状与发展为基础，使用CAD软件画出了80500DWT液散货船货舱舷侧21PS分段的生产设计图纸。然后根据所给的基本结构图、总布置图、等和建造方针等了解了大概的施工要领，并且根据这些要领绘制了分段结构图、分段拼板图和分段吊装图等一系列分段设计图纸，设置吊环吊马。同时对分段吊装、分段涂装给出具体意见，并就液散货船的结构的特点和未来的发展趋势作了一些讨论。
