剪叉式升降平台作为一种平面升降机械,常用于抬升重量大的物体,在各领域都 被广泛的运用,比如用于装卸货物,在工程中抬升操作人员等。剪叉式升降平台结构 简单,举升能力强,运行平稳,噪音很小,便于操作,便于维护,并可在升降范围的 任意位置上停留,是一种理想合理的升降平台。本次设计为实现重物多自由度的运动, 将上平台分为三层。一二层之间装有液压缸和导轨。二三层也装有液压缸与导轨,与 上层导轨成垂直放置。
