摘 要船舶生产设计作为现行三大船舶设计阶段之一，其设计生产内容直接面向造船生 产部门，是“虚拟造船”与船舶建造联系的重要纽带。一个优秀的生产设计，能将现 场施工可能遇到的问题事先在设计阶段解决，减少不必要的返工现象，大大地缩短船 舶建造周期，节省生产建造成本。95184
本设计是在学习了船体制图、船体结构以及造船生产设计等专业课程之后，结合 毕业设计提供的图纸资料（详细设计的图纸资料），根据承造厂生产条件以及生产设 计的基本理论来编制施工要领和绘制有关工程作业图纸。借助 CAD 制图软件，完成相 关图纸作业内容。一方面锻炼我们对软件操作能力，切身体会生产设计制图作业流程， 另一方面也能借此机会进一步地了解造船生产设计，为日后工作学习积累一些工程经 验。
本文概述了 58000DWT 散货船主要结构特征，简要分析了本船的建造方案。并且 以货舱区域 409P 分段为例，结合产品特点和承造厂生产条件，编制本分段的建造方 案、施工要领、涂装要领以及吊运翻身方案。主要内容包括绘制分段结构图、拼板图、 吊马图以及制作分段零件表。
