摘要本文按中国船舶检验局《海船法定检验技术规则》（1999）、中国船级社《钢质海 船入级与建造规范》（2006）、国际海上避碰规则及登记港航行和拖航规则，对3900马 力全回转拖轮进行结构设计，对其中横剖面进行强度校核，进而确定整船的主要构件及 取材；在分析结构设计与强度核算结果的基础上，绘制了基本结构图、典型横剖面图和 舱壁结构图；最后，对结构设计进行了总结和与分析，并提出了新的设计要求。

本文使所设计拖轮可航行沿海航区，航行稳性及结构强度满足近海航区要求，拖带 作业稳性满足沿海航区的要求，并使船体结构的设计满足 B 级冰区的强度。95188
