摘要：21世纪，互联网“+”作为新兴产业，时代赋予了它特殊的内涵和深刻的价值。互联网“+”将互联网方便、快捷、安全、有效的优势与传统产业相结合，利用互联网“+”的时代价值，推动了国际贸易的转型发展，对国际贸易产生了深远的影响。在促进国际贸易方式多样化的同时，降低了企业的运营成本，并使世界市场进一步一体化。互联网“+”对国际贸易的促进作用显著。但是由于现有应用水平的限制，互联网“+”对国际贸易发挥的作用远远未能达到它本身的潜质。需要建立更加完善的互联网“+”模式和国际贸易体系，加强对互联网“+”与国际贸易融合过程中的监控力度。同时，企业要采取增强互联网“+”的创新管理，加大资金投入，引进人才等方式促进互联网“+”在国际贸易中的应用进一步发展。充分开发互联网“+”本身巨大的潜能，让互联网“+”在国际贸易中的应用发挥更大的作用。84011

Research on the influence of Internet "+" on international trade and its application

Abstract: In the twenty-first Century, the Internet "+" as an emerging industry, has been given a special connotation and profound value。 The Internet "+" combines the advantages of Internet--convenience,swiftness, safety and effective--with the traditional industries, promoting the transformation and development of the global trade, and having a profound impact on the international trade by making use of its value of era。 While accelerating the persification of global trade, the Internet “+” reduces the operating cost for enterprises and unify the global market further。 It is significant that the Internet “+” accelerates the development of international trade。 However, due to the limitations of the existing applications, the role of the Internet “+” in the international trade is far from reaching its own potential power。 A more complete Internet “+” model and the international trade system should be established and the monitoring efforts should be consolidated in the course of integrating the Internet “+” and the international trade。 Meanwhile the enterprise should promote the appliance of Internet “+” to international trade by enhancing it management, increasing the investment, introducing the talent labor。 Motivating the function of Internet "+" in international trade by take good advantages of the potential power of the Internet “+”。
