摘要基于海峡两岸经济发展现状，研究海峡两岸金融合作的现状，探讨了金融合作的内容及合作的必要性，得出如下结论：海峡两岸三大金融行业合作的对两岸经济发展都有一定的促进作用。其中，银行业的合作对两岸经济发展的作用最大，证奍业居中，保险业作用最小，说明两岸金融合作程度比较低。其次，根据两岸金融合作面临的障碍，包括政治、经济因素，从证奍、银行、保险等方面进行分析对策，主要从两岸金融机构、金融监管、金融行业三个方面分析。最后，本文结合关于建立厦门经济实验区的案例，分析了建立厦门实验区的优势和经济意义，并根据相关经验总结提出一些政策建议。46542

ABSTRACT  Based on cross strait economic development present situation and condition of cross-strait financial cooperation, and probes into the necessity of financial cooperation and cooperation, draw the following conclusion: cross strait financial industry cooperation on the economic development of the two sides have a certain role in promoting. Among them, banking cooperation of cross-strait economic development role, Yang Industry Center, the role of the insurance industry minimum. It indicates that cross-strait financial cooperation level is relatively low. Secondly, according to the cross-strait financial cooperation is facing obstacles, including political and economic factors, were analyzed and countermeasures from the Yang, banking, insurance and other aspects, mainly from three aspects of the cross-strait financial institutions, financial supervision and financial industry analysis. Finally, this article combined with the case of the establishment of the economic experimentation area in Xiamen, analyzes the advantages and economic significance of the establishment of the experimentation area in Xiamen, and put forward some policy recommendations based on relevant experience.

第一章  海峡两岸金融合作的概述
1.1海峡两岸经济发展现状
    随着大陆经济体制改革的不断完善，海峡两岸经济往来关系不断密切，但两岸间的直接投资却呈现不平衡的趋势 。长期以来，台湾当局以行政手段干预着两岸间的经济贸易往来，大陆放宽了台湾投资商在大陆投资的政策和条件，而台湾方面始终限制大陆的投资条件，这很大程度上影响了两岸经济发展的进程。由于，大陆人口基数大，人均生产率水平低于台湾，技术水平发展相对落后，所以，海峡两岸经济发展仍面临很大的难题。而ECFA的签订改变了这种经济上的不平衡，对两岸经济发展有很大的促进作用。表1-1显示，大陆对台湾的直接投资一直呈高增长趋势，尽管2007年和2008年大陆对台湾的直接投资增长率为负，但从2009年开始一直保持高速增长态势，2012年大陆对台湾的直接投资额高达1.35亿美元，增长速度惊人，这说明大陆对台湾的直接投资不管增加，对台湾金融发展是很大的优势条件。 海峡两岸金融合作研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_48269.html
