摘要农村金融一直是农村经济的主要部分，建设社会主义新农村离不开农村经济的发展，也是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,农村金融改革是社会主义新农村建设的一项重要工作，所以对于农村金融应该给予更多的鼓励与支持。改革开放以来,中国农村金融改革逐步发展并取得了一定成效。我国农村金融已经有了一定的基础,但农村金融市场资源流失严重,供需矛盾突出等问题仍严重制约着农村经济发展。传统的农村金融已经远远不了满足不了社会发展的需要，这就需要从改革与创新的角度，积极探索农村金融发展的新的途径，为社会主义新农村建设和农村金融改革创新探索新出路。46543
我国社会主义市场经济体质逐步建立健全，适应市场经济要求的金融体制不断完善。本文通过回顾农村金融改革的发展历程并对这些年取得的成果进行分析，找出农村金融在发展的过程存在的问题和不足，提出促进农村金融合理构建的建议。

ABSTRACT
Rural finance has been a major part of the rural economy, building a new socialist countryside is inseparable from the development of rural economy, is also China's modernization process of major historic task, rural financial reform is a new socialist countryside construction of an important work, so for rural finance should be given more encouragement and support. Since the reform and opening up, China's rural financial reform and the progressive development and achieved some success. China's rural finance has a certain basis, but a serious loss of market resources, rural finance, the obvious contradiction between supply and demand and other issues are still severely restricted the development of rural economy. Traditional rural finance has been far not failed to meet the needs of social development, which requires from the perspective of reform and innovation, and actively explore new ways to finance rural development, explore new outlets for new socialist countryside construction and rural financial reform and innovation.
China's socialist market economy has gradually established a sound, to adapt to the market economic requirements of the financial system has been continuously improved. In this paper, by reviewing the development of rural financial reform and of the results achieved in analysis, find out the problems and shortcomings existing in the process of the development of rural financial, put forward to promote rural finance to build a reasonable proposal.
