摘 要：自尊心是幼儿自我意识的重要组成分。自尊是一个人对自我价值或自我形象的总体评价，对于幼儿的自我发展具有重要意义。本人通过与学龄前期的幼儿及家长老师的交流发现，很多幼儿在心理发展进程中都存在着因自尊心不足或过高而引起的心理和行为问题，幼儿园和家庭没有足够地重视，其不恰当的教养方式往往是导致幼儿自尊心受损或过度膨胀主要原因。根据这个问题，本文提出以下的培养策略：教师和家长应循循善诱，为幼儿创造表现的机会，多鼓励幼儿，必要时进行批评，家园密切合作，共同促进幼儿自尊心的发展。93052

Abstract：Self esteem isan important component of children's self consciousness。 Self esteem is a general evaluation of self value and self image, is of great significance for the development of children's self。 Through the exchange with children and their parents,teachers, I found that many children exist behavioral problems that cause of low self-esteem or excessive psychological in the process of psychological development, and the kindergarten and the family did not have enough attention, the inappropriate parenting style is the cause of children's self-esteem or excessive expansion of the main reason。 According to this problem, this paper puts forward four training strategies:the teachers and parents should be good at giving systematic guidance and expressing opportunity to children, encourage children for more times。 The teachrs and parents should work together to promote the development of children's self-esteem。

1。1  自尊的含义
