摘要 聚乳酸(PLA)也称为聚丙交酯,是以乳酸为主要原料聚合得到的聚合物,具有生物相容性能和可降解性能,机械性能良好,性质脆。聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)又称为聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯,是一种脂肪族的聚碳酸酯,由二氧化碳和环氧丙烷为原料在一定温度和压力下合成,性质软而韧,可完全降解的环保型塑料。通过哈克转矩流变仪熔融共混法制备PLA/PPC共混体系,利用PPC增韧聚乳酸(PLA),同时加入实验室自制扩链剂()进行反应性增容,研究扩链剂对共混体系的力学性能、热性能、相分离情况的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察共混物的相界面情况,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)研究共混物的热性能,采用INSTRON万能试验机研究了共混物的拉伸性能,采用熔融指数仪测定了共混物的流动性能。实验结果表明,当mPLA:mPPC=50:50时,随着扩链剂加入比例的增加,共混物的杨氏模量逐渐下降,屈服强度基本不变,断裂强度略微增加,断裂伸长率大幅增加,热稳定性逐渐增强。综合分析表明,扩链剂的加入可以有效提高PLA/PPC共混体系的相容性,力学性能和热性能均有良好表现。71051

Abstract Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) also known as polylactide is with lactic acid as the main raw material obtained by the polymerization of the polymer, with biocompatibility and degradation properties, good mechanical properties and properties of brittle. Poly (propylene carbonate (PPC) also known as poly methyl ethylene carbonate is a kind of aliphatic polycarbonate, from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide as raw material in a certain temperature and pressure synthesis and properties of soft and tough, complete degradation of environmental protection plastic. By Haake torque rheometer melt blending method preparation of PLA / PPC blends, using PPC Toughened Poly (lactic acid) (PLA), while adding a self-made chain extender () of reactive compatibilization, study of chain extender of the blends the mechanical properties, thermal properties, phase separation of influence. Blends of phase interface were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), by differential thermal properties were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermogravimetric analyzer (TG) of the blends, the tensile properties of the blends were studied by Instron universal testing machine by melt index instrument flow properties of the blends were determined. Experimental results show that when the mPLA:mPPC=50:50. With the increase adding proportion of chain extender, the young's modulus of the blends decreased gradually, the yield strength is basically unchanged, the fracture strength was slightly increased, a substantial increase in elongation at break and thermal stability gradually enhanced. Comprehensive analysis shows that adding chain extender can effectively improve the compatibility of PLA/PPC blends, mechanical properties and thermal properties have good performance.
