摘要：本课题论文主要对美拉德反应料在烟草加料加香过程中对卷烟香气的作用和效果进行了研究。实验根据对给定空白卷烟的评吸结果，选择适宜的单体香料，调配出加料香精和表香香精。在香精调配过程中选择性地采用各种香原料，并适量加入给定的美拉德反应料，通过评吸在其添加前后以及不同比例用量情况下的烟气变化，讨论各种美拉德反应料对提高卷烟香气、丰富香气和赋予风格的作用。最终经过反复评吸并修改配方，使得加料加香后的样品卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气减少、余干净舒适，整体烟香协调。着重提高烟叶的香气质感和丰富度，使得烟草香气风格突出，特征明晰，香气透发，饱满充足，自然感强。7008

Maillard reaction material application in tobacco flavoring of feeding study
Abstract: This topic mainly of maillard reaction in the process of charging flavored tobacco in tobacco aroma and effect were studied.Experiment according to the given blank cigarette smoking as a result, the appropriate choice of monomers spices, modulate compound feed essence and table.In essence deployment process selectively used in a variety of raw materials, and right amount add given maillard reaction materials, through a review of the suction under the condition of the proportion and the different before and after adding dosage of flue gas change, discuss various maillard reaction to improve the cigarette fragrance, rich aroma and style.Finally after repeated, smoking and modifies the formula, make the samples after charging flavored cigarettes smoke perfectly soft, excitant small, mixed gas decrease, the finish is clean and comfortable, incense smoke to coordinate as a whole.Focus on improve tobacco leaf fragrant period texture and richness, making tobacco aroma style, features a clear, aroma sending, full enough, strong natural sense.
