工业废水处理工艺设计+文献综述

通过对构筑物(包括格栅、卡罗塞(Carrousel)氧化沟、沉淀池、紫外线消毒池和污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失及管路计算,完成了设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高层布置)

设计总说明:本设计所涉及的某乳品加工厂位于上海,其废水主要是乳品加工过程中产生的乳品工业废水,废水量为8000m3/d,CODcr:800mg/L、BOD5:450mg/L、SS:200mg/L、NH3-N:30mg/L、TN:38mg/L。经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较,确定采用卡罗塞(Carrousel)氧化沟氧工艺,用以达到脱氮、降解有机物的目的。
在设计中,通过格栅截流较大的悬浮物或漂浮物;卡罗塞(Carrousel)氧化沟主要是在缺氧区中利用缺氧环境使进水中的碳源反硝化,在好氧区中氧气均由池内的倒伞型机械表曝器产生,池内因潜水搅拌器,将其末端的回流混合液通过隔墙上的潜水推进机流入缺氧区,从而高效地降解废水中有机污染物,同时达到脱氮的目的;沉淀池的主要作用是确保废水处理系统的出水水质;污泥浓缩池的主要作用就是降低剩余污泥的含水率,减少污泥的体积,方便后续处理。
根据确定的工艺流程,本设计通过对构筑物(包括格栅、卡罗塞(Carrousel)氧化沟、沉淀池、紫外线消毒池和污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失及管路计算,完成了设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高层布置)和主体构筑物单体图。
卡罗塞(Carrousel)氧化沟工艺它可以具有脱氮的功能,通过缺氧、好氧两种不同的环境条件和不同种类微生物菌群的有机配合,达到去除有机物、脱氮的功能。
在设计中废水经水泵一次提升后,靠重力流完成废水的全工艺处理,避免废水的反复提升,以节约动力消耗,降低废水处理费用,方便操作管理
本设计具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。本设计具有总投资少,运行稳定、处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,二次污染少等优点确保废水处理达标排放。
废水经处理后,预计可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中一级B标准,即:CODcr ≤60 mg/L;BOD5 ≤20mg/L;SS  ≤20mg/L;NH3-N≤8mg/L;TN ≤20mg/L。达到消除污染、实现保护环境、造福人类的目的。7458

Process Design of Industrial Wastewater Treatment
General information of the design:The design involved a dairy product processing plant,which is located in Shanghai. The wastewater mainly comes from the process of making dairy product. The initial design plans: The amount of sewage is 8000 m3/ d. The indicator of waste water quality standard is CODcr: 800mg/L、BOD5: 450mg/L、SS: 200mg/L、NH3-N: 30mg/L、TN: 38mg/L .
By comparing the research of several biology treating processes, the design uses the Carrousel Oxidation Ditch Process to remove the nitrogen.
 In design, through the closure of a large grid suspended solids or floating debris; carrousel oxidation ditch mainly in the anoxic zone using anoxic environment makes influent carbon denitrification, the oxygen in the aerobic zone inverted umbrella by the pool mechanical exposure generated, because of the submersible mixer, the mixture through its back end wall on the inflow of anoxic zone pe propulsion to efficiently degrade organic pollutants in wastewater to achieving the purpose of denitrification; general sedimentation tank's main role is to ensure the water quality of sewage treatment systems; sludge thickener main role is to reduce the remaining pollution soil moisture content, reducing the volume of sludge to facilitate the follow-up treatment.
In accordance with the established process, the design selects the process parameters of structures (including the oxidation ditch, sedimentation tank, UV disinfection and sludge thickening tank) and calculates the main size, the hydraulic loss, and finished of introduction of design process, process flow diagram and main monomer structure map. 工业废水处理工艺设计+文献综述:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_5432.html
