摘要总说明:此次设计主要讨论的是用Carrousel氧化沟工艺处理城市污水。对于城市污水处理来说，污水处理厂在目前是重点的基础设施，不仅是城市水污染控制、水环境保护工作中的重点工程项目，也是对一个城市经济快速、稳定、可持续发展起着不可代替的作用。27765
此次设计的是某市的一个污水处理厂，处理流量为5万m3/d，通过采用Carrousel氧化沟污水处理工艺，能使SS去除率、BOD去除率分别应达到85%、90%。氧化沟又称连续循环反应池或“循环曝气池”，因其构筑物呈封闭的沟渠性而得名。调查国内许多污水处理厂使用的情况证明，氧化沟的不仅水力停留时间较长，有机负荷低，污泥龄高，又有较好的沉降性能，而且对SS和BOD的处理效率较高，与其他的活性污泥工艺相比，还有工艺流程简单、管理方便、投资省、运行费用低、工艺稳定性高，出水水质好且具有一定的水量冲击负荷，能达到国家出水水质标准。Carrousel氧化沟的主要构建物由格栅、沉砂池、氧化沟、二沉池、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水间、紫外消毒池等组成。因其平面布置和高程布置合理，不仅减少占地面积，还有利于污水，污泥输送，并且减少了工程投资和运行成本。为了保护生活环境，防止水环境污染、海洋污染，设计的出水引入稀释能力较小的河湖和作为一般回用水用途，设计的污水处理厂出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002的一级标准中的A标准。根据指标，合理设置氧化沟工艺的各个流程，找到正确且实用的方法对污水进行处理，满足国家出水标准。
对于在污水厂设计方面，应该满足以下的原则：根据国家关于环境保护的政策，以及满足国家地方的有关法规、规范和标准；采用先进可靠的处理工艺，以保证经处理后能达到排放标准；采用有保证、有效率、高质量的先进设备，并设计高标准的自控系统，以便日常运行及管理；全面规划、合理布局、整体协调，使污水处理工程与周围环境不相矛盾，协调一致；全面考虑环境、经济和社会效益，在确保出水水质达标的前提下，尽量减少不必要的工程投资和运行管理费用；妥善管理污水处理过程中产生的污泥固体物，防止照成二次环境污染。从而使污水厂的各个设计过程都能合理并减少前期投资及占地面积。
在设计计算方面，根据《氧化沟活性污泥法污水处理技术规范》、《污水处理厂工艺设计手册》、《给水排水设计手册》、《氧化沟污水处理技术》、《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》、《室内排水设计规范》对构筑物、高程、厂区面积等，找到正确的方法进行计算，进行合理设计。计算好之后，并根据以上的方法进行校对，确保设计计算的正确性，才能进行后续的厂区平面、高程、构筑物的制图，从而达到污水设计的全部要求，给出正确合理且具有创造性的设计。
