摘要:二氧化钛以稳定、低毒、高效等优点而做为光催化剂被广泛研究。尤其纳米二氧化钛,具有比表面积大、光催化、吸收紫外能力强等诸多特性。另一方面,不同形貌二氧化钛纳米材料的光催化性能大不相同。如二氧化钛纳米管,其具有长径比的管状结构,使其能够提供更大的表面积。而与分散的二氧化钛纳米管相比,二氧化钛管阵列中有序的管状结构,对其电子-空穴对的分离更为有利,电子传输更加高效,从而展现出更高的光催化性能和光电转化效率。近年来,越来越多的方法被用来制备二氧化钛纳米阵列。其中使用阳极氧化法来制备二氧化钛纳米管阵列是常见的方法。其基底材料也由最初的二文金属平面,发展为导电玻璃、软性材料、网状材料等其它适应面更广、性能更佳的基底材料。27767
同时,由于二氧化钛纳米阵列只对紫外光有吸收,光电转化效率也有提高的必要,对二氧化钛纳米阵列进行修饰也是非常必要的,如使用不同金属修饰二氧化钛管阵列。而特定形貌的二氧化钛-金属结构,比如同轴结构,可能使光催化剂的性能进一步提高。

Preparation of the coaxial TiO2-Metal Nano Arrays
