摘 要:本文首先通过冷冻溶胶-凝胶法,制备出孔道结构较优的多孔碳材料(PC)(配方为间苯二酚1。2626g、糠醛1。920mL、叔丁醇13。0500mL、六亚甲基四胺[乌洛托品]0。0214g),再通过乙二醇原位还原氯铂酸,将生成的纳米铂颗粒与多孔碳原位复合,形成多孔碳/铂材料(PC/Pt);接着将多孔碳/铂材料加入苯胺和硫酸的混合溶液中,利用纳米铂无电催化苯胺聚合,得到多孔碳/铂/聚苯胺复合材料(PC/Pt/PAN)。采用FTIR、SEM和BET对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明:铂呈颗粒状存在于多孔碳的孔隙中,聚苯胺呈蠕虫状附着在多孔碳的孔隙中,且(PC/Pt/PAN)的比表面积与纯多孔碳相比明显增大。采用循环伏安、恒电流充放电和交流阻抗法对复合材料进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明:多孔碳炭/铂/聚苯胺复合材料在1mol L-1的H2SO4电解液中,0~1V电位范围内,表现出良好的电容性能:循环伏安曲线中呈现出明显的氧化还原峰;在1A g-1的电流密度下,的比电容达到168。4F g-1,高于纯多孔碳的比电容(111。6F g-1);25次恒电流充放电后,PC/Pt/PAN比电容保留率为95。01%,表明其有优异的电化学循环稳定性能。93277

Abstract:In this paper, a sort of excellent porous carbon (PC) were synthesized through the frozen sol-gel method ( The formula was that the dosage of the resorcinol, furfural, tert-butyl alcohol, six methylene tetramine [methenamine] were 1。2626 g, 1。920 mL, 13。0500 mL, 0。0214 g, respectively)。 PC/Pt materials were obtained by in situ reduction between chloroplatinic acid and glycol, during which process platinum nanoparticles were generated into the pore canal of PC。 Then, PC/Pt/PAN was acquired by adding PC/Pt to a mixture of aniline and sulfuric acid solution and using nano platinum to catalyze the polymerization of aniline。 The structure and morphology of the products were characterized by FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and BET methods。 Results showed that the granular platinum and the vermicular polyaniline existed in the pores of PC and the specific surface area of PC/Pt/PAN increased obviously compared with the pure PC。 The electrochemical performance of the products was tested by cyclic voltammetry, constant current charge-discharge and AC impedance methods。 The measurements showed that the PC/Pt/PAN materials in 1 mol·L-1 H2SO4 electrolyte and at the voltage range from 0 to 1 V indicated good capacitance performance。 The obvious oxidation-reduction peaks were found in CV curves。 In addition, under the current density of 1 A·g-1, the specific capacitance of PC/Pt/PAN was 168。4 F·g-1, which is better than that of pure PC (111。6F·g-1)。 The specific capacitance retention rate maintained at 95。01% after 25 cycles, indicating the excellent cycle stability performance of the PC/Pt/PAN composites。来自优O尔P论R文T网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520`18766
