摘要:本文以凹凸棒土为载体,在充分发挥其独特层链状结构基础上,通过原位沉积法,在80℃下将g-C3N4薄层负载在凹土表面,随后将Cd0。5Ni0。5S粒子沉积在g-C3N4表面,制备了一系列不同质量分数的ATP/g-C3N4-Cd0。5Ni0。5S(质量分数w%=Cd0。5Ni0。5S:ATP/g-C3N4=15%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%)复合二元硫化物光催化材料。采用XRD,BET,SEM,UV-vis,FTIR等分析手段对制得产品进行表征分析。研究表明,复合材料中g-C3N4很好的包覆在凹土表面,一方面基本保持了凹土原本结构,同时又增大了的g-C3N4比表面积,Cd0。5Ni0。5S粒子均匀的分散在g-C3N4表面。以可见光光催化甲基橙为探针反应,考察了不同质量分数复合材料对光催化性能的影响。结果表明:ATP/g-C3N4-Cd0。5Ni0。5S复合材料显示出优异的可见光光催化性能;光照2h后,不同质量分数复合材料的光催化性能以质量分数w=40%为最佳,甲基橙的降解率达到97。67%。91370

Abstract: In this article, ATP/g-C3N4-Cd0。5Ni0。5S (w% = Cd0。5Ni0。5S /(ATP / g-C3N4) = 15% 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%) composites with different mass fraction were prepared using a simple in-situ deposition method at 80 ℃ by loading g-C3N4 thin-layer onto the surface of the ATP and then depositing the Cd0。5Ni0。5S particles onto ATP/g-C3N4。 In this system, ATP was employed as a

carrier, it’s unique stratified, and chain structure was exploited sufficiently。 The products were characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, UV-vis and FTIR。 The results show that g-C3N4 is well coated onto the surface of the ATP, meaning that the original structure of the ATP maintained and the specific surface area of the g-C3N4 increased。 In addition, the Cd0。5Ni0。5S particles are also uniformly dispersed onto ATP/ g-C3N4。 The photocatalytic activity of different mass fraction composites were investigated by using visible-light degradation of methyl orange (MO) as probe。 The results show that ATP/g-C3N4-Cd0。5Ni0。5S composites exhibit excellent visible light photocatalytic properties。 After illuminate 2 hours, the composite materials exhibit the best photocatalytic performance with the mass fraction of Cd0。5Ni0。5S was 40% and the degradation rate of methyl orange was 97。67%。
