摘要:通过浸没沉淀相转化法(IP)和热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了聚偏氟乙烯/凹凸棒石-g-聚氮异丙基丙烯酰胺(PVDF/PGS-g-PNIPAAM)混合基质超滤膜。考察了接枝率对膜机械强度、接触角、纯水通量及BSA截留率等参数的影响。实验结果表明:当改性剂接枝率为9。66%时,膜的机械强度最佳。当改性剂接枝率为21。33%时,膜的接触角最小,此时膜表面的亲水性能最强。添加凹凸棒石-g-聚氮异丙基丙烯酰胺(PGS-g-PNIPAAM)赋予了膜温敏性,当PGS-g-PNIPAAM接枝率为21。33%时,膜的纯水通量最大,即膜的渗透性能最强,与此同时,膜的静态吸附量及MFI值最小,对BSA的截留率最大。通过分析膜的修正污染指数,表明添加PGS-g-PNIPAAM使膜被污染的趋势有所降低。综合考虑,当PGS-g-PNIPAAM接枝率为21。33%时,膜的各项性能最优。91509

Abstract: The PVDF/PGS-g-PNIPAAM hybrid membrane was prepared via a combination of immersion precipitation (IP) and thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) process。 Influences of graft ratio on mechanical strength, contact angle, flux, and retention rate of BSA were investigated。 The result shows that when the grafting rate of modifier was 9。66%, the mechanical strength of hybrid membrane was the best。 When the grafting rate was 21。33%, the dynamic angle of hybrid membrane was the smallest and the hydrophilic property of the membranes was enhanced。 The thermo-sensitive performance was ensured by adding PGS-g-PNIPAAM, when the graft ratio of the PGS-g-PNIPAAM was increased up to 21。33%, the pure water flux was the best, meant that the penetrating performance was the best。 At the same time, static adsorption amount of the hybrid membrane and the value of MFI were the smallest, and the retention rate was the best。 The modified fouling index analyses verified the reduced fouling tendency by incorporating PGS-g-PNIPAAM。 By comprehensive consideration, when the graft ratio of PGS-g-PNIPAAM was 21。33%, the performance of hybrid ultrafiltration membranes was the best。
