掺氮Ru/Ag碳纳米管处理水中2,4,6-三氯酚。利用Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs对2,4,6-三氯酚进行催化加氢脱氯处理,同时研究反应条件对处理率的影响

摘要碳纳米管作为新型碳素纳米材料,以其独特的构造和优越的物理机能成为材料新宠。2,4,6-三氯酚属于卤代芳香族有机化合物,结构稳定不易分解,是水中常见的有毒致癌物质。本文以其为目标污染物,用碳纳米管负载金属Ru/Ag催化剂对其进行液相加氢还原。此次实验先对碳纳米管纯化掺氮,再用浸渍法制备负载金属Ru/Ag的N-MWNCTs催化剂,然后借用电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等进行表征,结果显示,碳纳米管表面已成功负载金属Ru与Ag,且氮元素亦成功掺杂于Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs中。87232
利用Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs对2,4,6-三氯酚进行催化加氢脱氯处理,同时研究反应条件对处理率的影响。结果表明:负载不同配比Ru/Ag于碳纳米管表面,对去除率也有影响,当配比为1:1时对三氯酚去除率较高;催化剂投加量的增多,反应速率增大,但当催化剂投加量达50mg后,催化剂继续增加但对去除效果的影响不再明显;2,4,6-三氯酚低浓度下的去除率很好,当溶液初始浓度上升到30mg/L后,处理效率逐渐降低并且不理想;pH对实验反应的进行影响较为明显,碱性条件下的处理效果好于中性及酸性,但是低浓度下pH影响较小。本实验所制备的Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs催化剂在实验中可多次使用,证明催化剂具有良好的可回收性。

Abstract Carbon nanotubes as a new type of carbon nano materials, have become the material force for its unique structure and excellent physical properties。
2,4,6- thrichlorophenol is common toxic and carcinogenic substances which is stable and is not easy to decompose and belongs to halogenated aromatic organic compounds。In this paper, it was used as the target pollutant, and the carbon nanotube supported metal Ru/Ag catalyst was used to carry out liquid phase hydrogenation reduction。In this experiment, the carbon nanotubes were purified and doped nitrogen, then the N-MWNCTs catalyst loaded with metal Ru/Ag was prepared by impregnation method, and last the TEM the XRD catalyst by electron microscopy are used to characterize。
The 2,4,6- thrichlorophenol is degraded by Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs with catalytic hydrogenation dechlorination, and study the influence of reaction conditions on the rate of treatment。In conclusions,The mixture ratio of Ru/Ag on the nanotube surface also have an impact on the removal rate, when the ratio of 1:1 of thrichlorophenols removal rate is higher。The increase of catalyst dosage and reaction rate increased, but when the catalyst dosage reaches 50mg。If the catalyst continues to increase,the effect will be no longer significant。2,4,6-trichlorophenol under low concentration removal rate is very good。 While the initial concentration of the solution is up to 30mg / L, the processing efficiency is gradually decreased and not ideal。The effect of pH on the experimental reaction is obvious and the treatment effect is better than that of neutral and acidic, but the PH has little effect on the low concentration。The Ru/Ag/N-MWCNTs catalyst prepared in this experiment can be used many times in the experiment, which proves that the catalyst has good recovery。
