摘要：本文进行了水泥基聚合物防水涂料及其体系选用、制备工艺及配方的研究，测定了自愈合效果、自流平效果、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、固化时间等性能。通过运用渗透结晶技术研究了水泥基聚合物防水涂料的自愈合性能。研究了表面活性剂作为添加剂在自愈合水泥基聚合物防水涂料中所产生的作用。研究结果表明，所采用的自愈合水泥基聚合物防水涂料体系能达到国家标准的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率；水泥基聚合物防水涂料的自愈合性能与活性母料、表面活性剂的含量、液粉比密切相关。19797

The research on self-healing cement-based polymer waterproof coating
Abstract: Waterproof coating of cement-based polymer and its self-healing system of selection, preparation process and formulation studies, determination of self-healing effects,self-flowing effect,the tensile strength of waterproof coatings, elongation, and solidifying time. Through the use of infiltration and crystallization technology and plasticized polymer waterproof coating of cement-based self-healing properties. Study the role of water-reducing agent as a polymer of cement-based waterproof coating additives. The results show that cement-based polymer waterproofing coating system can achieve the tensile strength and elongation at break in typeⅠandⅡ ; polymer waterproof coating of cement-based self-healing performance and active master-batch, the content of the water-reducing agent ,liquid powder ratio is closely related.
