摘要近年来,由于环境问题愈发严重,通过光催化技术来解决环境污染问题成 为现阶段研究热点。TiO2 是研究得最多的光催化剂,但由于其禁带宽度大, 可见光利用率低,开发其他系列如铋系化合物作为光催化剂备受关注。研究发 现 Bi2O2CO3 具有优异的光催化性能,但单独使用时存在不能被可见光激发、 光生载流子易复合的缺点,将其与窄带隙半导体复合,能提高其可见光光催化 性能。76001

本文分别采用水热法和低温湿化学法制备了 Bi2O2CO3,然后,采用共沉淀 法及离子交换法制备了 Bi2S3/Bi2O2CO3 复合物。通过 X 射线衍射(XRD) 、 Raman 光谱和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征了样品的结构和形貌,通过 X 射线 光电子能谱(XPS)分析了样品组成。最后,在可见光照射下,研究了所合成的 光催化剂降解罗丹明 B(RhB)的光催化活性。结果表明,与纯的 Bi2O2CO3 样品 相比,复合物的光催化活性明显提高。其中,共沉淀法制备的复合物由于界面 混合均匀,接触面积大等,光催化活性最佳。

Title The Photocatalytic properties of the Bi2S3/Bi2O2CO3 composite

 

 

Abstract In recent years, the environmental problems become serious, soving the environmental pollution by photocatalysis has become a hot focus at this stage of the study。TiO2 is the most studied photocatalyst,because of its large band gap, visible light utilization is low, the development of bismuth compound as a photocatalyst was concerned。The study found Bi2O2CO3 have excellent photocatalytic properties, but can not be visible excitation light carriers easy to composite when used alone,with its narrow bandgap semiconductor composite can improve its properties。 In this paper, We were prepared Bi2O2CO3 by hydrothermal method and low temperature wet chemical method,Bi2S3/Bi2O2CO3 composite was prepared by coprecipitation method and ion exchange method。By X-ray diffraction (XRD),Raman spectrum and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to characterize its structure and morphology, the composition was analyzed By X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)。 By decomposing rhodamine B (RhB) to study the photocatalytic activities of the composite under visible light irradiation, compared with the Bi2O2CO3 sample, its photocatalytic activity was improved。 Among them, prepared by co-precipitation complex due to the mixing uniform interface, and large contact area,so it has the best photocatalytic activity。
