摘要随着社会的不断发展，技术的不断进步，社会环境的变化越来越快速。激烈的社会竞争使得大量的企业倒闭。为了增强企业的生存能力与竞争能力，越来越多的企业开始了组织变革。于是一系列的新型团队模式出现在了人们眼前，自我管理团队就是其中之一。本文从这一背景出发，通过查阅大量的文献资料，对自我管理团队的产生和定义进行了论述并提出了自我管理团队应具备高自主性、高协同性和高参与性的特征和有助于提高组织灵活性、员工积极性和降低组织成本的作用。本文结合劳动关系和工会的相关理论，详细分析了企业实施自我管理团队时组织与工会之间的劳动关系问题，并且还列举了美国通用汽车土星分部实施自我管理团队的案例。最后，本文还提出了应对自我管理团队劳动关系问题的几个建议。83090

Title Research on the Labor Relation Problem of Self Management Team
Abstract With the continuous development of society and the progress of technology, the social environment is changing more and more rapidly。 A large number of enterprises collapse because of the fierce social competition。 Therefore, in order to enhance the survival and competition ability, more and more enterprises begin organizational change。 Then a series of new type team mode appears in front of people。 And one of them is the self management team 。 From this background, through consulting a lot of literature, the author discussed the generation and definition of self management team。 At the same time, combined with the analysis, the author put forward the idea that the self management team should have the characteristics of high independence, cooperativity and participate and be helpful to improve the flexibility of the organization, the enthusiasm of the staff and reduce the cost。 In addition, combined with the theory of labor relations and labor unions。 The author analyzed the labor relation problem between trade unions and enterprise when implement self managed teams。 And also cited the United States GM's Saturn pision case 。 Finally, the paper also puts forward some suggestions to deal with the labor relations problem of self management team。
