扬州市琼花观社区智能化养老服务研究

摘要随着我国老龄化程度不断加深，社区养老问题已经成为各界人员共同关注的社会问题，为此智能化养老被提出。扬州市琼花观社区也作为智能化养老的一个试点，开始了智能化养老服务事业。正在此背景下，本课题旨在探索扬州市琼花观社区智能化养老服务的发展现状和问题的解决措施。具体研究内容包括：明确智能化养老相关概念；在调查与访谈的基础上描述琼花观社区智能化养老现状；分析该社区智能化养老取得的成效与体现出的问题；探讨完善该社区的智能化养老对策。研究发现琼花观社区智能化养老服务一定程度上满足了老年人的需求，整合了社会资源，但由于刚刚起步，还需要完善。86810

The Study of Intelligent Pension Service of Qiong Huaguan Community in Yangzhou City

Abstract Along with our country aging degree deepening, the community pension problem has become a social problem of the concern of people from all walks of life,intelligent pension have been proposed for this purpose。Yangzhou QiongHuaGuan community as a pilot of intelligent pension,also started the intelligent pension services。Under this background, this paper aims to explore the development present situstion and problem solutions of intelligent community care service in Qionghuaguan, Yangzhou。The specific research contents include: clearing intelligent pension related concepts;describing the intelligent pension status of QiongHuaGuan community,analyzing its results and the problems it reflected,and discussing countermeasures of the improvement of the community’s intelligent pension service on the basis of investigation and interview of QiongHuaGuan community。 The study found that, to a certain extent,the Qionghuaguan community intelligent pension services have met the needs of the elderly,and it also integrates social resources。But because it was just started, still need to improve。。

0 引言
