摘要女性消费在我国消费市场中所占的比重越来越大，近年来，根据女性消费趋势产生了“她消费”的热点研究。根据白领女性旅游消费行为的特点和需要，以徐州市的白领女性为调研对象，得出徐州市白领女性消费能力较高、出游频率较低、出游价格选择范围趋中等结论，并提出营造良好的旅游环境、提高旅游产品的性价比、采取差异化营销模式的对策和建议。到目前为止，还未有针对徐州市针对城市白领女性消费行为进行的研究，因此，本文的研究以期对徐州市旅游市场细分及营销策略能够提供一些借鉴。72847

Abstract Consumption in our country in recent years, women in the consumer market share is more and more big, according to the female consumer trends "she consumption hot spots of research"。According to the characteristics of the white-collar female tourist consumption behavior and needs, in Xuzhou city white-collar women as research object, and xuzhou city white-collar female low consumption ability is higher, travel frequency, travel price range medium conclusion, and puts forward to create a good tourism environment, improve the tourism product cost performance, take differentiated marketing mode of countermeasures and Suggestions。So far, still not in Xuzhou city for urban white-collar female consumer behavior research, therefore, this article studies in the hope of Xuzhou city tourism market segmentation and marketing strategy to provide some reference。

一  研究背景

在我国女性不仅是个人消费品的购买者，也是绝大数儿童用品、老年人用品、男性用品、家庭用品购买的决策者，随着女性的社会地位、经济水平、受教育程度的提升，女性消费能力逐步提高，并已成为我国消费市场中核心主力。在女性消费群体中城市白领女性消费行为具有一定的代表性，因为，白领女性是高收入且追求生活质量的群体，她们的消费行为特征明显，并且在一定程度上体现了我国女性消费习惯和消费心理。本文主要是通过对徐州城市白领女性这一群体的认识，了解她们的消费心理以及她们的消费行为，得出影响城市白领女性旅游消费的原因，从而分析针对旅游业的发展现状对城市白领女性所相应提出的对策。 徐州城市白领女性旅游消费行为研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_82939.html
