摘要：麻省理工学院教授迈克尔.哈默（Michael Hammer）曾在20世纪90年代这样预言，“对于21世纪的企业来说，流程将非常关键。优秀的流程将使成功的企业与其他竞争者区分开来。”随着经济全球化的发展和市场竞争的加剧，企业经营环境的不断变化，要求企业不仅要注重产品的成本和产量，还要注重产品的质量、上市速度、更新周期和客户服务。而流程是企业的生命线，它决定着企业的运行效率，这就迫使企业必须对旧的业务流程体系进行不断优化，建立能够面向市场的、以顾客为中心的、快速响应的流程体系及其运作机制，以提高企业对市场信息和顾客需求的响应速度。本论文将在充分熟悉及分析旺旺集团的现有业务流程基础上，运用案例分析法对该企业的业务流程进行重新再造。 23498
