摘要近年来，随着外来务工人员的增加，越来越多的外来务工子女涌入城市学校就读，但是对于他们的教育状况和管理问题确是严峻的问题，尤其是在小学中，由于孩子年龄较小，对于城市的陌生感还有新环境的熟悉都是问题，还要对他们在学习生活上进行教育和管理，是非常严峻的挑战。对于小学中外来务工子女教育管理这个问题，其实是非常复杂的，这关系到各个方面的改变和努力，孩子是祖国的花朵，小学更是培养一个孩子对学习的兴趣，对生活的认知以及自己心理成长非常重要的过渡期。如何对其进行良好的教育和管理，是非常重要的，要从全面的，真实的角度去研究，找出真正的问题所在，再去解决才能根本的解决问题。所以本文运用了调查问卷，实地访问，个案研究等方法详细的对外来务工子女的教育管理问题进行了研究。教育和管理外来务工子女对于国家也是很重要的事情，不仅仅是对孩子的负责，还是保证社会稳定性的重要组成部分，究竟外来务工子女教育管理中产生的问题有多少是父母的怠慢，有多少是学校的疏忽造成的我们需要以外来务工子女所处的全部成长环境为背景，加以全面性的考察。过往的研究仅仅是以一个某些方面的影响因素作假设，而用片面的假设作为指导，从而设计出的通常是大面积通过普查方式来研究，在此基础上的研究分析和研究结论，可信度不容易得到保证。所以，在某种意义上来说，本研究具有一定的创新之处。23546

Abstract
