摘要本毕业设计题目为长沙市某高档公寓楼空调通风工程设计。该公寓楼位于长沙市,是一地下一层、地上三十一层的建筑。该建筑物地上总高度为92。5m,属于高层建筑,故需对水系统进行分区,本设计中将一、二层分为低区,在十六层设置换热器将三至十六层分为中区、十七至三十一层为高区。84164

建筑物一、二层层高为4。2m,商业网点区域空间较大、人员较多,故采用全空气一次回风系统;而对于一、二层的社区卫生服务站,由于空间狭小则采用风机盘管加新风系统。三至三十一层层高均为2。9m,用作高档公寓,空间较小且对空调要求较高,故亦采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。

冷热源机房置于地下一层,一、二层分别设空调机房,风机盘管加新风系统区域各层均设吊顶式新风机。

Title  An upscale apartment building air conditioning and ventilation engineering in Changsha                                     

Abstract The graduation project titled an upscale apartment building air conditioning and ventilation engineering in Changsha。

The apartment building is located in Changsha City,is a basement,ground thirty-one layer building。The total height of the building is 92。5m on the ground,belongs to the high-rise buildings,so there is some need for water system partition,this design will pide the first and second floor into the lower zone,a heat exchanger is provided in the sixteenth layer to pide the third floor to sixteenth floor for the medium zone,seventeenth to thirty-first floor is the high zone。

The first and second floor of this building is 4。2m,and commercial outlets area is larger space,more staffs,so the all-air system with one return air cycle is used; and as for the community health service station in the first and second floor, due to the limited space,fan coil plus fresh air system is used。Three to thirty-one layers are 2。9m,used as luxury apartments,the space is small and the air conditioning need a higher quality,hence fan coil plus fresh air system is also used。

Heat and cool source is placed in the basement room,two air conditionings is placed separately in the first and second floor。The every layer with fan coil and fresh air system is located Ceiling new fan。
