摘要:本设计主要针对贵阳市城市轨道2号线森龙区间的高架桥进行结构设计。城市轨道交通高架桥,是承受轨道交通荷载的高架系统,它所承受的列车活载比一般的铁路的荷载要小,速度相对较慢,对结构的动力作用比较小,因此对于贵阳市森龙区间段的工程条件进行高架结构体系进行选型,最后决定以简支箱型梁桥的形式进行结构设计。根据贵阳森龙区间的工程要求,本设计高架桥的总跨度为165m,属于大桥范畴,根据我国城市轨道交通、城际铁路区间简支梁桥的标准跨径,将该区间的高架桥进行分跨,分成3×25m+3×30m=165m,本设计取其中30m作为设计跨度,进行结构设计。由于受到时间和计算难度限制,本设计仅对高架桥的上部结构进行设计。设计的过程为先对高架桥的铁道桥面板进行结构设计,设计的桥面宽度为10。8m,对桥面上的各种基础设施进行荷载计算分析,接着对主梁进行截面尺寸以及各个部分细部尺寸进行拟定。通过选型对比分析,设计的截面形式为箱型截面,箱型截面的整体刚度比较大,符合城市景观要求。从设计的难度考虑,最后选择了单箱单室结构进行设计。接着进行了详细的主梁结构内力以及变形计算,截面的主应力计算,预应力阶段和使用阶段主梁截面的强度和变形验算,对高架桥进行配筋计算以及配筋验算,锚固区局部强度验算和挠度的计算等,最后进行横纵断面各个部分的平面图进行CAD绘图,整理得出本设计的最终成果。80869
