摘要:本次空调系统设计为福州某综合楼中央空调系统设计,主要是为了满足夏季制冷,冬季供暖的要求,为商场和办公室内的休闲和工作人员提供娱乐以及办公的活动环境。该栋综合楼建筑特点为一层到三层是商场,四层到十二层为办公楼层,顶层主要为休闲室以及设备布置相关房间。主要设计内容包含以下几项:中央空调室内冷负荷的计算;空调设备的选型及布置;风系统设计和布置;集中式空调系统的选型;风机盘管和新风机组的选型;水系统设计及水力计算;冷凝水系统的设计;膨胀水箱的选择;管道保温与防腐;消声防震设计;制冷机组选型及水泵选型等内容。本设计依据相关规范满足舒适性和节能性的要求,对商场采用集中式空调系统,对办公场所采用风机盘管加新风系统方案。79930

Central Air Conditioning System Design For A Complex Building In Fuzhou

Abstract: The graduation project is the design of the central air conditioning system of complex building in Fuzhou。 It mainly meet the requirements of cooling in summer and heating in winter, mean to provide a comfortable working environment and activities environment for the mall and the staff。 The building is characterized by a floor to three layers of shopping malls, four to twelve layers for the office floor, the top mainly for the relaxation room and equipment layout related rooms。 The design content mainly includes: Calculation of cooling load of air conditioning; type selection and layout of air conditioning equipment; design and arrangement of the air system; the selection of centralized air conditioning system;the selection of fresh air units and fan coil units; water systems design and hydraulic calculation; design of condensed water system; selection of expansion tank; pipeline insulation and corrosion protection; noise elimination and shock proof design ;selection of refrigerating unit and pump selection etc。 The design according to the relevant specifications to meet the requirements of comfort and energy saving, use the scheme of fan-coil plus fresh air system in office building,and similarly use the centralized air conditioning in business building。
