摘要本工程拟建 30000 吨级重力式沉箱码头,位于广州南沙港区。靠船构件及码头附属设施等都是按照 30000 吨级散货码头设计施工。 本码头的设计计算内容内容主要有:码头泊位尺度的计算及泊位的设计包括泊位数78310

目的计算;通过按规范计算确定码头的结构布置及型式选择;结合实际对码头总体平面 进行布置;按确定的沉箱码头结构型式对其进行结构设计以及确定码头附属设施;按照 地质条件和荷载情况对码头的稳定性是否符合要求进行计算;通过作用在结构上的荷载 计算出结构的内力以方便配筋;根据算好的结构内力对需要配筋的结构进行配筋计算; 根据实际工程情况对施工过程进行施工组织设计。

根据算好的码头设计内容确定本码头适宜重力式沉箱码头的结构型式。该码头型式 的结构计算内容主要包含:根据工程实际对沉箱的尺寸进行确定;按照确定的沉箱尺寸 再对其在各种水位情况下的自重力进行准确的计算;计算三种水位情况下沉箱受到的土 压力,静水压力以及波浪力;根据吨位确定该码头面上的堆货荷载,仓库储存荷载和与 码头吨位相适应的船舶作用在码头上的荷载。

根据结构计算内容对码头整体进行验算,内容包含:整个码头结构是否符合稳定性 要求的码头整体稳定性验算,对沉箱结构的面板,隔板以及地板的配筋进行验算;最后 当稳定性和配筋验算都符合要求后对沉箱进行抗裂验算。
