摘要：本次暖通空调设计工程地处于湖南省长沙市。设计的建筑类型为综合大楼，大楼的功能包括商业、酒店公寓等等。本工程的特点体现在两个方面：一是春夏秋冬四季分明，夏季炎热、冬季寒冷；二是建筑功能的多样性，有大型商场、酒店和公寓。本工程的设计目标是：根据湖南的气候特征，综合考虑本工程的功能特点，合理规划和选择确定能源方案、冷热源方案、空调方式、气流组织形式、系统形式、控制方案等，使得设计的暖通空调系统合理满足供暖和制冷要求，从而为商业楼内的人员、住户营造舒适的办公、娱乐生活环境并利用天正暖通进行绘图。商业综合楼总高度99。75米，共28层。商业综合楼1~4层为商场，5层为餐厅，6层为保健按摩室，7层为办公场所，8层为休息包房。在8~28层为四星级酒店。南栋建筑面积23436。4平方米，商场建筑面积19384。6平方米，本次设计总面积为4716。23平方米。本设计采用直燃型溴化锂冷热水机组来制取冷冻水用于室内供冷，冬季采用风机盘管连接直燃型溴化锂冷热水机组制热。 72615

Design of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning for a Business and Residence Building in ChangSha
Abstract: This design of HVAC system is for a business and residence building which located in Changsha City, Hunan Province。 The building features include business, hotel , apartment and so on 。 The characteristics of this project are reflected in two aspects: First, Changsha City have the feature of summer hot, cold winter; Second, the persity of architectural features, there are large shopping malls, hotels , health massage rooms and offices。 The design goal of this project is to determine the energy scheme, the cold and heat source scheme, the air conditioning mode, the air flow organization form, the air conditioning system form, the control scheme , according to the climatic characteristics of Hunan, rationally planning and selecting of the HVAC system to meet the heating and cooling requirements, so as to create a comfortable office, entertainment and living environment for the guests and tenants in this business and residence building。 This building totally has 28 floors and the height of it is 99。75 meters。 1 to 4 layers for the mall, 5 layers for the restaurant, 6 layers for the health massage rooms, 7 layers for the office space, in the 8 to 28 layers for the four-star hotel。 Construction area is about 23436。4 square meters, shopping malls construction area is about 19384。6 square meters。 Total area of this design is about 4716。23 square meters。 By using the chillers to prepare chilled water for indoor cooling and winter fan coil hot water unit。
